Official Industrial Property Agent, European Patent Attorney, Authorized Representative before the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), WIPO (World Intellectual Property Office), EPO (European Patent Office), with the Diploma on Patent litigation in Europe from CEIPI, Industrial Engineer and Judicial Expert, having prepared numerous expert opinions for the Courts.
He is currently the Director of the Agency, with more than 30 years of professional experience in the Intellectual Property sector.

Agency founded by Mr. Mateo Molina Gonzalo in 1939, one of the first Official Industrial Property Agents in Spain.
Directed for more than 40 years by Mrs. Julia Molina García, Official Industrial Property Agent, European Patent Attorney, Authorized Representative before the OHIM and Judicial Expert, with more than 55 years of professional experience in the Industrial and Intellectual Property sector.
